The Renoir mattress boasts a luxurious soft as silk stretch knit fabric and features deep layers of upholstery and body-contouring pocket springs. A traditional hand tufted finish is applied to the mattress by passing tapes through the mattress at regular intervals to keep the fillings in place. At the core of the mattress is a pocket spring interior; a sleep system made up of totally independent springs housed within their own cloth sleeve.
